Oversees the development, refinement, and quality control of educational materials, training resources, and program content. Responsible for ensuring accuracy, clarity, accessibility, and alignment with the organization’s mission and standards. Collaborates with leadership and chapter teams to continuously improve curriculum effectiveness and scalability. Manages chapter training, communication, and cross-chapter coordination. Leads regular meetings between chapter leaders, facilitates collaboration, monitors chapter progress, and ensures consistent quality and alignment across all chapters.
